After a really bad experience with Sears I called the Grand Masters to fix our Kenmore fridge. They responded immediately and send a technician over the next working day. David analyzed the problem (compressor), gave us a quote for labor only because the part was covered by LG. He had the part in his truck, installed it and two hours later our fridge was up and running again. David fid a great job. He was friendly, punctual, professional and experienced.
