We were having a graduation party in our home and we asked Southern Palate to cater it for us. They went beyond our expectations and the food and service was fantastic! Denise and her staff were outstanding! From our initial conversation to the day of the event,Denise was very professional, easy to work with, always accountable and encouraging through the whole event that I was organizing for my husbands 50th surprise birthday! Through some unexpected challenges I had faced, Denise displayed compassion and care and fully accommodated to the required change in plans without causing more stress than I was already facing! I really appreciated her for that! Food was delicious, served with an elegant fair in a contemporary flair. Guests were impressed and satisfied. She takes pride in her work and customer service. I will definitely hire her again and refer her to others.

That being a chef is very hard work. It has taken a lot of training and skill to achieve what I have. I tell people "Don't ask me to sing, don't ask me to play the piano or draw a stick person because I can't! My gift is that I can cook. And I love it"
