- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer an hourly rate, and discounted rates when you subscribe. The more hours you subscribe to, the better rate you are eligible for. Check out our website for the full story on our rates and packages.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We begin by taking stock of your challenges and needs. We take careful notes that we document and refer back to throughout our time with you. Finally, we prioritize your issues so that we are truly working on the issues that matter to you most. Digital Helpmates is NOT just about assigning you to a contractor that is unknown to us — we have a small, dedicated team that are all employees. We strive to know them as well as we know you, and we manage them consistently to make sure they are satisfying your job requirements.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I was a full-time graphic designer for 10+ years, working for companies such as Williams-Sonoma, Smith & Hawken, and Dell. I was always considered a “techy” designer having worked my way up doing production assistance first. Continuing education is very important to me, and I incorporate it into our work life at Digital Helpmates, and pay my tutors to be constantly learning and improving their practice.
