Hi, I just wanted to express my gratitude toward your technicians Mathew and Brian. My wife and I waited a couple of months to write a review to ensure that repair was satisfactory. We had no heat from our heat pump, and temperatures were begin to drop. You were able to schedule us the same day, Mathew came out and diagnosed problem and said it were best to get more research on code error code on system. The next day he came back very confident and explained what needed to be done. Luckily our warranty was near its end and they did everything in a timely manner in order get everything repaired before warranty ran out. They were very professional, courteous and respectful as well as very considerate with our belongings and home, despite the heavy and difficult piece of equipment that had to be lifted up into attic. Long story short, we now have heat better than ever and we are very happy and grateful for their honest and good work. They will continue be our number one choice for Hvac needs in the future.Thank You kindly

My downstairs heater stopped working, they answered and had their tech out the same day, he was very professional, and very knowledgeable and had us up and running very quickly, I will use their services again and I highly recommend Home Service Nerds Heating and Air.

Matthew was in our home within an hour after making contact. He was professional and honest, giving us clear details about the problem and our options. Shannon in the office followed up quickly and was also extremely helpful.Update: The guys came in this morning and installed in one day. They were efficient and friendly all while showing respect to our living space. Before leaving, they demonstrated how everything worked and they cleaned up. I would recommend their work to anyone.

Matthew McCall did an excellent job checking my HVAC system. He showed me pictures of my evaporator coil and recommended cleaning. At the moment I have to wait but I will definitely do this after holidays. He is very knowledgeable and thorough

Our Trip Charge/ Diagnostic Fee is only $89 and is waived when you have a repair or replacement done.

You will always speak to a live person that will work with your schedule and find a time that works best for us to send you an HVAC Nerd.

All of our technicians and installers are EPA certified, factory trained and certified, and go through ongoing training to stay up to date with the latest industry advancements. We are Nerds and love what we get to do!
