- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is based on man-hours billed—we charge $45 per hour per cleaner. For example, if one cleaner works for 4 hours, that's billed as 4 man-hours. If two cleaners work for 2 hours each, that's also 4 man-hours total. This helps keep our pricing fair and transparent, and you’ll always know how your total is calculated based on the time and team size.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our typical process is simple and customer-focused. Once a new customer reaches out, we give them a quick call to learn more about their specific cleaning needs. Based on the size and condition of the space, we’ll provide a personalized quote. If everything looks good, we’ll send an email confirmation with all the details. From there, we take care of the rest, no stress on your end! An invoice will be sent, which can be paid on the day of the appointment.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team has hands-on experience and training in residential and commercial cleaning, including deep cleaning, move-in/move-out services, and sanitation best practices. We stay up to date on effective cleaning techniques, eco-friendly product use, and customer service standards to ensure high-quality results.
