This review is not a reflection on the two cleaners who came to my home—they were professional and hardworking, and they did an excellent job in the limited time they were given. My concerns are solely with the owner/manager's communication, scheduling, and pricing practices. Before booking, I spoke with the owner about the specific rooms I wanted cleaned. This was not a full-house cleaning, but rather a selection of rooms. Based on that conversation, I was assured that all requested areas would be completed and agreed to the quoted price. The owner also explained that if additional time was needed, I would be charged an hourly rate, which I understood and accepted. However, I was quoted a total of four hours with two cleaners, and at no point was it explained that this meant four man-hours (two cleaners for two hours each). When the cleaners arrived, they informed me that they were scheduled to be at my home for only two hours. This directly contradicted what I had been told. I immediately contacted the owner to address the discrepancy. She apologized for the confusion and reassured me that all of the rooms we had discussed would still be completed. I specifically asked whether the cleaners would have enough time, given that they had only been scheduled for half the time I believed I had booked them for. She again assured me that everything would be taken care of. Two hours later, the cleaners were packing up and preparing to leave for another appointment. This was surprising, as the owner had just assured me that all of the agreed-upon rooms would be cleaned. The cleaners informed me that another customer had already been scheduled immediately after my appointment. As a result, approximately half of the rooms included in the original quote were never cleaned. To be clear, I have no complaints about the cleaners themselves. They worked hard, were courteous, and did the best they could within the time they were given. Unfortunately, due to the owner's misleading communication regarding both scheduling and pricing, I cannot recommend this company. I also noticed that after I raised these concerns, the company updated its profile to include references to "man-hours"—something that was not present when I booked the service. Had that information been clearly communicated upfront, much of this confusion could have been avoided. Overall, I found the experience unprofessional, misleading, and concerning. While the cleaners were excellent, the company's management and business practices leave much to be desired.

After receiving your complaint, we carefully reviewed our records, including the booking call. Upon listening to the conversation, it was clearly stated that our pricing is based on man-hours, which is how our company has always structured its services. For example, 2 cleaners working for 2 hours equals 4 man-hours. We understand that this terminology can sometimes cause confusion, which is why we continue working to improve how we explain our pricing during the booking process. Even though we believed the service was booked and priced correctly based on the information discussed, we still wanted to find a resolution that felt fair. As a gesture of goodwill, we reduced your original total by 10% and attempted to work with you to address your concerns by going back and tackle the areas that was not done. Unfortunately, our efforts to reach a mutually agreeable resolution were declined. As a small local business, we genuinely do our best to make things right when issues arise. We understand that not every experience will be perfect, but we believe what matters most is how a company responds when concerns are brought forward. In this case, we listened, reviewed the situation, offered a discount, and made sincere efforts to resolve the matter. We fully respect every customer's right to leave a review and share their experience. At the same time, negative reviews can have a significant impact on small businesses like ours, especially when we have made every effort to address the concerns and find a reasonable solution. Our goal has never been to argue with a customer's perspective, but rather to provide context for future customers who may be reading this review. We are grateful for the opportunity to serve our community and appreciate all feedback, as it helps us continue improving our communication and processes moving forward.
