- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We price based on a variety of factors that are unique to each project. Our quote includes processing fees. We offer discounts for recurring cleans and referrals.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Working with us is fast and easy! We'll take some basic information about you, your home and what you would like us to clean. Once we have this, we can provide a quote over the phone and in writing as well as providing any additional information you need. We can book your cleaning as soon as you're ready.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our cleaners have at least 2 years of experience. Each cleaner is nationally background checked and our company is insured and bonded.
