M&M did a great job on our older home. They painted the entire interior of our house, including older kitchen cabinets which came out great. We would not hesitate to use them again

Marie was great! She did an awesome job on our master bedroom and responded quickly and gave me a great quote - huge value to us! After contacting her on Monday , our bedroom was finished 3 days later. She did a great job! Will use her again for sure

Marie was a lifesaver. I contacted her at the last minute to do some work someone else started but wasn't able to finish. I called to ask about availability and she squeezed me in the next day! I left her my keys and she completed the work as promised. She then called to tell me she wanted to come back to fix a few things she forgot to take care of, and while here, did a little extra painting for me at no charge. I typically check references before hiring anyone to do work but due to time constraints, didn't do it this time and have no regrets. She was trustworthy, punctual, and fair with pricing (not the least expensive I found but fair). I will be working with her again soon to paint a bedroom and kitchen and will certainly give her a shot when it's time to move into the new house.

Marie painted our sun room and did a great job. We used two colors and are going to install a chair rail. She cut in the two colors seamlessly and painted the window sills and baseboards with her own paint. Marie was on time, efficient, and clean. Recommend highly. Good prices.

Marie communicated immediately, showed up when she said she would, quoted us on the spot. Her price was extremely fair. She painted my den ceiling walls crown molding, window and doors, baseboards, fireplace mantel and front door. She started on Tuesday and the job was completed by Wednesday afternoon. She was not at all disruptive to our lives as she had her supplies out on the porch Tuesday night and had put our furniture in place so we hardly knew we were in the middle of a paint job. I will definitely use Marie in the future.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I typically price per room or per square foot and that includes the materials, as well as the paint. I generally work within the clients budget. If the client has a certain price in mind, I will stay within their price point and do a quality job
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I first physically view the work space. I then work up a price quote. I then send the quote to the client for revision and or acceptance. And then the fun part starts -we begin the transformation
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My father was a contractor. I am a licensed real estate agent as well. Have been around construction and home remodeling and renovation my entire life
