FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is more than competitive when all is said and done. Sometimes it makes sense for the customer to hire me by the hour to knock out their punch list. Other times, in order to fix their costs and budget, I will offer an overall job price. It's up to the customer!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My goal is to understand what the customer wants and needs in their project. When asked, I am willing and able to give an opinion but I never forget who the customer is. It's what you want that matter most to me.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I started working in my uncle's "old timey" hardware store at 15 where I was able to learn how repairs and maintenance are done. My contact with many professional allowed me to gain knowledge from their expertise. This has been translated to what I do every day.
