From scoping the project to the completion, Mitchell and his crew were fantastic. He provided options for my project, great flexibility with weather impacts, and a great finished product with conscientious cleanliness of the site as they finished. Since Helene uprooted a tree that smashed our retaining wall I have been trying to get someone to fix it. It wasn’t a big job so people either had me text pics and then ghosted me or they came to look and promised to send an estimate which never came.
I saw his work on a thumbtack ad on Facebook. I sent him and a backup pro a message but asked that they not respond unless they could do the work soon. Mitchell answered last week. I don’t know if he worked me in or really had time this week but he and his crew tore down the damaged wall, removed the broken blocks and rebuilt it in 2 days without heavy equipment. The only delay was he couldn’t start on Monday because of the rain but met me know he couldn’t make it.
I was very concerned that the entire structure would collapse or that the undamaged blocks would be damaged. He assured me that he knew it could be done and he was true to his word.
We asked him to finish out something that the contractor of the wall
Promised to do but didn’t and he did that too.
We are very pleased. He’s also very nice and respectful.
Mitchell and his crew did an excellent job building a block wall in our crawl space. He was very professional and kind. I would highly recommend.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I first like to build trust, and a friendly atmosphere for us to move forward in. I like to inform them completely of all the process to take place. And to assure them that I will listen to any concerns.

I have 4 masonry certificates through Spartanburg community college. With 16 months of textbooks training, and 14 years of in the field experience.
