Introduction: Living in a fast-food world can result in poor health, from diabetes to high blood pressure and other ailments. I believe in good nutrition, adequate rest, fresh air, positive thinking, exercise and receiving a massage on a regular basis. I moved from Germany to the United States when I was 24 years old. I am comfortable with the alternative treatments popular in Europe. I was surprised that natural forms of healing were not more prevalent in the States. After working in the corporate world for more than two decades, I decided to change that by offering massage, reflexology and Qigong. Aiding people to heal with the placement of loving and respectful hand gives me a purpose in life. I enjoy helping as many people as I can, so healing on a very deep level can take place.
