- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Due to high cancellation volume, we do charge a fully refundable $25 deposit. This only applies to leads that aren't INSTANTLY booked. Your deposit will be refunded on your booked move date.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We first try to understand their needs fully to ensure a successful happy move. Any questions about our moving process will openly be disclosed.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I originally got started in this line of work as an employee at a moving company. The work seemed challenging yet very rewarding in lots of ways which is something love.
