- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer six personalized coaching services designed to meet a variety of goals, lifestyles, and budgets. Each option provides different levels of support and accountability — from one-time consultations to fully customized, hands-on nutrition coaching. Pricing is available per month or per individual service, depending on your preferred level of commitment. 💡 Couples discounts are also available for shared coaching plans or joint consultations. Whether you’re looking to fine-tune your nutrition and fitness, build lasting habits, or take your performance to the next level, there’s a plan designed to fit your needs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once a client signs on for coaching or consultations, I start with looking over a detailed onboarding form that includes their medical history, a lifestyle questionnaire, their current routine(s), and their goals. I create a lengthy individualized plan based on all of their information that is the foundation of coaching. For the first 4-6 weeks, I identify patterns, successes, and obstacles so that I can coach the client to the best of my ability.

I am a certified personal trainer; I am Precision Nutrition certified; and I am currently pursuing other certifications under PN.
