If you’re looking for a personal trainer then look no further! Coach Griff is hands down the best at what he does. He has the knowledge and the skill set to help you reach your goals! Not only that he’s been extremely accommodating to my ever changing busy schedule. He takes his time to explain why he does each exercise and how it will be effective. Coach Griff makes working out fun even on the days I’m exhausted from work!

I messaged Coach Griff in November of 2018 with wanting to start getting toned with a personal trainer. I'm 21 and in college, so money and how much I spend, as well as finding someone that is willing to try to work around my school schedule is important. He is always willing to work with my price wise and time wise. Sometimes I have to cancel short notice as things come up with school, and he's always willing to go above and beyond to reschedule and find time for me. I highly recommend hiring him as I cannot brag about him enough!

Coach Griff is an excellent professional trainer. He has a great personality and is pleasant to work with. His workouts are always varied so he keeps training fun and interesting. He is also very knowledgeable about proper nutritional habits to enhance the results of your training. I couldn't have found a better value. Coach Griff is more than worth the investment in improving your personal fitness whatever your goals may be.

I have been working with Coach Griff for about 6 weeks now training for a National Bikini Competition. Currently I am down 11.6 Lbs. and have lost a total of 2.6% Body Fat. My overall strength and balance has improved dramatically with each passing week, and I am improving my weights and reps as well! I love that Coach Griff works with me on my nutrition and helping me to follow a meal plan that is tailored to my needs in reaching my overall goal. He also took the time to really listen to what I was wanting to achieve during the initial consultation and did not try to sugar coat things he thought I may have wanted to hear like two other trainers I had met with after that were very pushy and just treated me like a number. As a female athlete I appreciate the professionalism Coach Griff has had with me focusing and understanding my needs as they arise and the feeling of comfortableness I have while training. I would highly recommend as a trainer for Competition(s) or your general overall health towards strength training and weight loss!
