- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Set up a free consultation with me to discuss and discover your needs. Also, we will choose a session date. 2. Next, client will need to pay a non-refundable deposit of $50.00 to confirm the session date. You will also receive invoice and details regarding your upcoming session. 3. Now, we are ready to shoot on your session date. Please be sure to arrive on time, because session will begin promptly after grace period. 4. Once the session has been complete, you will receive an invoice for your final payment which should be paid in full. 5. Once invoice has been paid in full, you will receive frames within 10-15 business days. Ask about our rush fee, if you would like your frames sooner.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I earned a Bachelor’s of Arts in Communication from University of South Carolina Upstate with emphasis in Mass Media (Direct focus in photography, videography, and media)
