- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For Tenants looking for space to lease or purchase, we offer exclusive client-level representation for no charge. Our fees are negotiated and paid by the Landlord at lease execution. For owners/ landlords needing to sale or lease or sales their building, a competitive commission structure will be discussed. Note: We gladly co-broker your deals with ANY other firm and split the commission 50/50, giving you maximum coverage of the area!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We usually like to meet in person if possible at first substantive contact, to give you the full scope of services and determine a client-specific strategy.
