We had a great experience with Platinum Exteriors. They replaced our roof in a timely and efficient manner and when I encountered a small problem the next day they came immediately and dealt with it. I definitely recommend them.

Had never heard of Platinum Exteriors before they approached us about replacing our roof. After checking with 3 references we agreed to work with them. They did everything they said they would do, on time and with a high degree of professionalism. Communication was excellent and, although the installation was interrupted with a surprise rain shower, their team had the exposed sections tarped and protected, so that they could continue the project when conditions were safe. They were a pleasure to work with and we would contact them again if we have any additional roof work to be done.

Working with James was a pleasure. He was doing half the roofs in my neighborhood when I asked him to help with ours. A tree had landed on our garage, and they worked with the insurance company to replace the entire roof. They also brought in a carpenter to match all the wood accent pieces that were damaged in the storm. It looks great!
