Introduction: Who are we?
Quite simply, Erin and Heather are Disney fanatics passionate about all things Disney. We grew up loving Disney movies and unforgettable family trips. We grew into young adults who loved visiting the parks while others in college were spring breaking at a tropical location. We have become parents who are witnessing Disney through an entirely different set of eyes our children's. Watching their priceless joy the first time one of them laid eyes on Mickey Mouse, we knew we were hooked for life. Witnessing the fireworks in front of Cinderellas castle gives us chills and the opening ceremony at Magic Kingdom will bring happy tears every time.
Disney is magic. We believe that every Disney trip you take, whether it is your first visit or your tenth, is something to be cherished. We strive to provide the best customer service there is, and don't be surprised if we seem more excited about your trip at times than you.

Erin and Heather are certified Disney Specialists, and along with their personal experiences bring the Disney College of Knowledge expertise with them. We love reading about new happenings at Disney, researching the restaurants, seeking new tips and tricks, and always daydreaming about our next visit.

How much does our service cost?
We are free! All of the assistance, tips, tricks, and planning will cost you nothing. There are no hidden fees and quite possibly, we might save you money, because we are always aware of Disney specials. Also, there are no fees if you need to make changes to your reservations or cancel them for some reason. We will never hold your payment; all money goes straight to Disney and is processed by Disney.
