- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge by square footage not hourly. Prices vary based on the condition of your home/ office/ property and your individual needs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically we schedule walk throughs to start the process. Once we have done the walk through and answered all questions both the client and I (the owner)may have, then we go over the quotes and schedule while on-site with the client. A 25% deposit is generally taken at booking for all new customers.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
we have worked with all types of customers from residential clients to commercial clients to real estate agents.
