- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is based on a session fee but I also have package pricing or I can tailor a service to meet a client's individual needs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Every dog is unique and my goal is to find the very best solution to any issue for you & your pup. I offer a free 1 hour consultation in your home before every 90 minute training session. This allows me to observe the dog and discuss training needs and behavior concerns before the actual dog training begins. I also use that consultation to lay the ground work for the parents. This way everyone is prepared to jump right in to the actual training session at our next meeting. I like to set everyone up for success so that we don't waste any time while we are working with your dog.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have worked with dogs for over 11 years and I obtained certification as a dog trainer through hands-on experience & professionally guided courses. I am also dedicated to the importance of continuing education.
