Cosmin was nice to deal with, he spent time to check why the garage door was not opening. He initially thought it was an electrical issue, but went ahead and checked if the opener had a backup battery. Once he confirmed that, he was able to fix the issue. Thank s Cosmin. Awesome experience! Cosmin was here the day before Christmas Eve because our garage door wouldn’t open. He did excellent work and even provided much needed maintenance. The garage door is working beautifully now and quiet as a mouse. He came promptly, took the time to explain each step, and provided an itemized invoice. Would definitely recommend!
