Workers were receptive to instructions. Only concern was they did not come prepared with necessary tools to perform job - ladder, rakes, possibly blowers to do job more effectively.

He quoted a price, then once the work was started he decided it was more work than he thought. He decided he would charge me more for the work above the quoted price. After a phone call we agreed that he would stop work at that point and I would pay the quoted price and get someone else to finish the job. To get better in the future I would suggest that he physically look at the job before pricing, and once started he realized he made a mistake, do the job and not complain. jacking up the price is not well received by most people in my opinion.
