FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge $40 an hour and only bill for the actual time I spend working in your books. Every business is different, so pricing depends on how much work is needed each month. There are no hidden fees, and you only pay for the hours required to complete your bookkeeping.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start every new client with a free 1‑hour review of their books. During that hour, I go through your QuickBooks file, show you any issues I find, explain what needs to be cleaned up, and answer your questions. This gives you a clear picture of your current bookkeeping situation and helps us both decide if my services are a good fit for your business. After the free hour, you only pay for the actual time I spend working in your books.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve got a 4.0 GPA from Brookstone College of Business, I’m a Certified Public Bookkeeper and Advanced QuickBooks ProAdvisor, and I’ve been doing bookkeeping and accounting for 28 years. I know QuickBooks inside and out and specialize in cleanup, payroll, and monthly bookkeeping.
