Excellent company. Ty very responsible s polite person. He helps me a lot! He give me a good discount. And ladies cleaned everything extremely good! Everybody came on a time . And finished work on a time. Ty called me twice and check if I’m happy with my cleaned kitchen. My kitchen looks now like Brand new! Highly recommended!!!!!

To my utter displeasure the worst cleaning job ever. They advertise a long list of items included in a standard cleaning but didn’t do 90% of what’s on the listed. Didn’t even wash the floors. The kitchen wasn’t touched and didn’t move any items when dusting. Microwave was not cleaned. The woman was too busy answering phone calls to get anything done. Stay clear of this company!

Hi Esmeralda, We’re sorry that we failed to make the visit as enjoyable as it could have been. After reviewing the details, we acknowledge that it was certainly not our standard visit. Protocol calls for a team of two or more professional cleaners to service residential clients, however, on this day there was a tragic accident on a resort property that your cleaner, Andrea, manages. Unfortunately the emergency situation impacted her team and resulted in her coming alone. In retrospect, it would’ve been best to reschedule your cleaning service but Andrea did not want to let a customer down. Sadly, this happened anyway, and we are very sorry for that. Although a final walk through was done and signed off on, your feedback last week was received and appreciated. Cleanliness and service are two of our highest priorities and we would like the opportunity to make it right.
