- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Service calls are generally $75. If a quick diagnosis & timely repair are possible. All other jobs are bid depending on type, size, duration & difficulties
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I prefer face to face or over the phone conversations. It gives me a better feel for what the customer wants. As well as being much easier to cover all details. My main focus is providing a comfortable working relationship with all my clients
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 30 years in the trades. Many different phases of residential construction. I am currently in my second year of college, seeking my Bachelor's Degree in B.M. with a focus in Construction Management
