Joshua Herman seems like a really great guy when you first meet him. Almost "Saint like" He will spend hours on the phone with you, but he won't be able to fix anything on your computer. He set up a business email for me, and it was horrible. It never worked properly, and I was always having problems with it. He downloaded Office Pro 2013 onto my computer and put all my email into Office outlook. He moved everything over to his email that he set up for me. He gave me an activation code for this program that expired after a short time. He gave me another one , and it said it wasn't specific to my computer. I'm pretty sure they were pirated software. After I told him I no longer wanted to use his email he pretty much told me I was on my own after he screwed up my computer. He sent me something, but it NEVER arrived. So he sent it again, but if you ask him for tracking information he never has it. Then hell tell you its the post offices fault, and good thing he had it insured. He sent it again this time, and overnighted it to me. Again I never received it, but this time he said well Im sorry they said it was delivered. I paid him in advance for several months of his email service. He told me he was sending me a refund check, but that still hasnt showed up either. Do not do business with this man. Don't pay him any money. BAD BUSINESS! Choose someone with a better reputation.

I worked for Josh Herman for over a month. It was an interesting experience to say the least. He and his S/O Mallory Foster are the biggest liars I have ever met in my life. Josh talks a great game however, the entire time I was there never once seen him do anything with any product or program. I watched him have to look up directions on how to get into our fix my computer email setup. he hires people who are young or desperate for jobs with big talk about great ideas and big money. he does not pay his employees. and every pay day he was in the hospital. he will lie to and rob any client and employee for as long as he can and has no second thought about it. the man has never worked for the secret service like he claims and there is no proof at all that he even has one degree let alone multiple. he owes money to clients , landlords and employees in more states than just South Carolina. Mallory calls people on the phone all day asking for money donations and responds to all clients that he is in meeting even if he is sitting right next to her. The man is a complete and utter fraud with multiple felonies for several crimes including but not limited to, obtaining information illegally through false pretenses and SOLICITATION OF A MINOR!!! Con man in short. I worked in sales for 3-4 weeks at Fixxmycomputers to bring in sales and I did. I brought in 3 clients despite not being trained and was only paid $100 for 2 out of 4 weeks of gas. Of course this was late by 2 weeks. He does not pay his employees and I expect in the next few months will be shut down. He owes me alone 1,300 for hourly not including the late fees, and my comissions. Do not work nor support for this man and waste your time and money.

STAY AWAY FROM JOSHUA J. HERMAN AND HIS WIFE MALLORY. THEY ARE SCAM ARTIST AND WILL NOT THINK TWICE OF ROBBING YOU. I HAVE NEVER MET A TEAM THAT IS SO CRIMINAL LIKE THESE TWO. DO NOT BELIEVE A WORD THEY SAY. IT IS ALL LIES. MY COMPUTER WAS NEVER REPAIRED AND NEVER RETURNED TO ME. BUT YET MY CARD WAS CHARGED.
