I have two herding dogs named Loon and Hoshigaki. We have been going to Melissa, for Training since February 2025. I'm quite particular about my dogs' caretakers- they need to understand dog behavior, herding dog quirks, and be willing to learn their individual personalities. Melissa, has been amazing with both of my girls- whether it has been daycare, boarding, and/or training. They absolutely love her- and I trust Melissa and her family to keep my pups safe, engaged, and excited about other dog interactions. Melissa, provides me helpful feedback about how to better train and take care of Hoshi and Loon, and not only has become a vital resource, but a friend. Honestly, I don't know how I had dogs before Melissa?! Thanks Melissa for caring about my creatures and helping me be a better dog parent. We can't recommend you enough. Loon and Hoshi say "eight paws up!"

I can’t say enough wonderful things about Melissa and her family — they are truly outstanding pet sitters! From the very beginning, Melissa was warm, professional, and incredibly thoughtful. She took the time to ask detailed questions about my pets’ routines, behaviors, and special needs, which instantly put me at ease. While I was away, Melissa and her family cared for my pets as if they were their own. I received daily updates, complete with photos, little stories, and sweet moments that showed just how much love and attention my pets were receiving. Whether it was long walks, playtime in the yard, or cuddle time on the couch, I knew they were in the best hands. One thing that really stood out was how involved her entire family was. It was clear that my pets were not just being watched — they were truly part of the family during their stay. Even my normally anxious pet was completely relaxed and happy when I returned, which speaks volumes about the environment Melissa provides. Melissa, was absolutely amazing! From start to finish, they went above and beyond to ensure our pets were comfortable, safe, and loved. They followed all of our instructions perfectly, gave plenty of attention and playtime, and kept us updated with adorable photos and messages throughout the stay. It was clear our pets formed a bond with them, and it gave us so much peace of mind knowing they were in such capable, caring hands. We came home to happy pets and a spotless home.
