I offer in-home boarding where your pet can enjoy a safe, calm, and loving environment while you’re away. With personalized care, familiar routines, and plenty of playtime and cuddles, your furry friend will feel comfortable and cared for—just like family.
To ensure quality care and individual attention, I limit the number of pets I board at one time. Whether you’re heading out for a weekend or an extended trip, you can enjoy peace of mind knowing your pet is in a clean, secure, and nurturing space.
Deposits and Advance Payment
To confirm your reservation, a deposit or full payment is required. This guarantees your pet’s place and blocks off time in my schedule, ensuring I
do not accept any overlapping bookings.
Cancellation Policy
Because I reserve time specifically for your pet, cancellations impact my ability to accommodate other families. The following policy applies:
• Cancellations made 8 or more days before the scheduled service:
You may transfer your deposit to a future booking (based on availability) or request a partial refund (75%) of your deposit.
• Cancellations made within 7 days of the scheduled service:
The deposit is non-refundable, as your booking time has been reserved exclusively for your pet.
• Emergency Exceptions:
I understand that emergencies happen. If you need to cancel unexpectedly due to a verified emergency (illness, hospitalization, travel disruption), I will gladly apply your deposit as credit toward a future booking.
