Greg contacted me immediately and was very professional on the phone. He even had a guy available to get out to clean the gutters that same afternoon. There was some questions, though, as to whether or not the service was performed fully due to the fact that his employee was only at the house for 25 mins. Even though I wasn’t there in person I was able to review security camera footage. Greg ensured me that the job was done and that he would check behind his employee and confirm with me. I went ahead in good faith and paid the invoice in full. I’ve not heard from Greg since. While I was at my property this past weekend I noticed that one of the downspouts was still clogged, so I’m not sure how much “flushing” actually occurred but the lesson learned is to make sure I can be there the next time before I trust anyone to just do the job while I’m gone.
