I have dealt with property managers in the past. When I started researching property management companies in Myrtle Beach, my focus was on good communication. Robbie hit a grand slam. He blew me away with his quick response and communication where nobody else even comes close. He was knowledgeable and helpful right from the start and very easy to work with. We could not be happier with Robbie and Match Property Management. Do yourself a favor and use this company. To top it all off, they rented out our house the same day we signed up!!!

Robbie is an extraordinary property manager. He has a pleasing personality and provides great customer service. His love for what he does is very obvious - it shows in the service that Match Property Managers provides. I needed new TV,s mounted and ceiling fans installed in my rental condo. Robbie/ Match Property Managers is a one stop shop. Very knowledgeable and easily shares information...while walking you thru the process. I liked this company from day one of calling...Robbie answers his phone with an attitude of "how can I be of service to you". I'm looking forward to using more of their services in the near future. My wife and I called exactly 24 hours ago to list our unit with this company. The owner and I have talked emailed, and texted an unbelievable amount. His communication with the owners is unbelievable, I can just imagine his relationship with my tenants. I have owned a lot of condos, and by far this company does a stellar job.

We are an all inclusive management company . We dont give any hidden charges like other companies . We typically get as much rent for you properties as we can .
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We find out what your needs are . We listen to you . Talk or meet In person . Inspect the property , go over our contract and get to work immediately focusing on what your needs are .
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a licensed PMIC which is a management broker in charge . I have 18 years of management experience and I tend several Continuing education classes . I am a management broker
