- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Services for dryer/air duct cleaning start at $99. We are currently offering a 25% discount for First Time customers.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once we receive notice of interest by phone/text or our website intake form. We reach out to confirm the services requested and book the service for the agreed upon date and time. We do charge a $25 deposit that goes toward the total amount for our first time customers to ensure the service but if cancellation is needed we will refund the deposit. Once we arrive for your service we introduce ourselves go over the service and answer any questions needed before we begin. We will begin and make sure we do a thorough job and complete to your satisfaction.
