I'm not one to normally write reviews, but it turns out she is a rock-star of a person and bookkeeper and this review is more than deserved. When I hired her to help with my books, I hadn't realized that my business taxes would need to be filed a month earlier than my personal taxes, which was in 2 days! This was a huge problem because I was behind on my books for the whole year! I kindly explained my situation to Heather, with the hopes that she could somehow help... and she did! To say she worked hard to make this unexpected deadline is an understatement. I received emails from her requesting missing documents and clarification all the way up to midnight, and one even at 4:30 am in the morning! I'm not sure how much sleep she got, but she sure showed dedication, pulling through for me in a huge way when she didn't have to. Her work was excellent, her pricing was more than fair, and her professionalism was spot on. Without reservation, I recommend Across Borders Bookkeeping to anyone looking to outsource their books."See more
