Liz rocks! My husband and I delayed getting in shape for my wedding until two months before but Liz did an amazing job getting me toned up. I used to do body pump and barre, but those classes don't compare to the changes I've seen since working with Liz. We got back from my honeymoon and signed back up for another three months with her, and I expect to continue further. We even followed her to her new gym because we were so happy with her and didn't feel the other trainers compared. At this point, I'm addicted to the results I'm seeing and feeling! Liz pushes me further than I will ever push myself, but she knows what I can and can't do. My favorite thing about Liz, that I think sets her apart, is her ability to always incorporate new moves into the workout. I have given up thinking I'm going to nail the next workout because I know she'll find a way to make it challenging and show me something new, which, for me, makes it worth it. I've learned so much that I can use in the future and feel confident when I do go to the gym that I know how to use the equipment and do the routines. You have to trust that your personal trainer is going to make sure your body shapes the way you want it to. I completely trust Liz. She has already proven to me that she knows exactly how to get the results I want. Her knowledge of training is exceptional and she has an answer to every question or problem. She can cater to injuries and correct your form for optimal results. Liz goes above and beyond what I thought a normal trainer would do -- making sure we're doing effective workouts on our off days, answering all of our questions outside of our session, working with our work schedule, and she actually has an entire plan for achieving my goals instead of simply working everything or trying pieces. Besides all of that, Liz is just an incredibly friendly, energetic, and encouraging person. I've really enjoyed working with her and highly recommend her as a personal trainer!
Ashley is an amazing personal trainer. I've worked with him for over a year now, and even when I've had times where I've wanted to give up on my fitness and weight loss goals he's been right there along side me cheering me on. Ashley's approach to training is different from what I expected from a personal trainer. I expected to get yelled at for doing things wrong or not following my workout/eating plan 100%, but he's never condemning. He's always encouraging and makes me look forward to coming in to get my butt kicked twice a week.
We met Elizabeth a few years ago when she began to train the adult classes at CrossFit Wando that I attend and coach at the Kids CrossFit classes that my son was attending between soccer seasons. Because she was a soccer player he took to her right away and asked for her to be his personal trainer between season. Because of that connection and his trust in her, She has helped him improve his endurance, strength, and fine skills both in the gym and on the soccer field. "Coach Elizabeth knows how to make it fun so you don't realize you are working hard. She is willing to demonstrate a skill or movement over and over for you before she pushes you to get it right. She is willing to put it all on the line to make you a better player and person." All said by my 16 year old soccer player who struggles with anxiety and self-confidence and confirmed by this middle aged mom who thinks she can keep up with said son. But the one thing that is priceless is she has helped him gain confidence in himself all the while making it fun. My husband and I could not have asked for a better trainer! Scott is the perfect fit for us. He has gotten to know and understand very well over the past few months. He knows when to push and how to motivate us. He takes the time to explain every move to us and also makes sure that we are doing everything correctly. We find ourselves looking forward to 6:30 in the morning because we know we will have a great session and feel awesome afterwards. I can't say enough good things about Scott. He even gets on the floor and works out with us sometimes! I never thought that I would enjoy going to the gym like I do now. He has also taught us about making better nutritional choices, and follows up with us throughout the week and makes sure that we are doing our independent workouts as well. We know that he cares and that means a lot to us. Scott has changed our lives and made us happier and healthier!!!
Andrew has been my PT since Aug 2014. I cannot say enough about how awesome of an experience this has been so far. The things I appreciate the most about him is that he is very knowledgeable and communicates in a professional manner. What I mean by that is he is not one of those trainers that yells at you when he doesn't see you putting in the effort. He is extremely motivating so not putting in the effort is not difficult. I also appreciate the fact that he's not one of those intensely high energy people that are just wound up so tight like the Tasmanian Devil. He is also an educator. He has taught me so much in the terms of how to properly execute the exercises and what each function accomplishes and mostly about nutrition. Andrew is also very punctual and easy to work with incase I need to reschedule an appointment. He is very accommodating. I can generally find some kind of negative aspect with things, but I cannot come up with one negative comment or experience. Like I said in the beginning, this has been an absolute awesome experience and I couldn't have been matched up with a better PT. His teachings will follow me the rest of my life and I thank him for that!
Jean hits it harder than you ever will, leads by example, and helps you find the will to motivate yourself through intense circuit training, strength training, and cardio. He will help you discover your inner monster; it's incredible. His rates are affordable enough to where I am able to train around four days a week, at 05:00 every morning. Jean keeps a very positive attitude and is a pleasure to work with. Also, he is a member of every gym in the city, including military, and will meet you where you feel comfortable.
Kasen has walked our dog on multiple occasions. He's also played with her, fed her, etc. He's great with animals and we'd use his services anytime able.
