I could not recommend Rudy and his colleagues at RedBox enough. Rudy has extensive experience in the industry and the ability to explain a complex subject to the client. I'm someone who likes to tackle home projects myself, but I would never take on something like an HVAC project. Rudy took the time to come out and clean my system, then make recommendations regarding what my options were to make things run properly and efficiently. He gave me several options of that included what I "needed to do, could do, cost of new system, and cost of new system and then some." He is great at talking with the customer regarding what is the best choice for them versus just needing to do the most expensive fix. With doing the project he was great with communication and flexible with my busy schedule. I am confident in saying I would never call any other HVAC company than Rudy and RedBox.

Redbox Heating and Air did a great job. They came over right away with an estimate and had their crew over within just a few days to fix our HVAC. The crew was very knowledgeable, helpful, and got our problems resolved in one day. Definitely recommend!
