Dan was very nice and wanted to help (gave me great advise !) I felt guilty and gave him a tip. He repaired my computer and he was very knowledgable when I was in a bind . I would highly recommend him to anyone in need of computer repair.

We just moved to the Charleston area and happy we found Dan in our time of need. Dan did an outstanding job at a fair price. He gave an estimated time to do the job and completed it on schedule. Would recommend him to my best friend and will use him for all my computer repairs and service.

Fixed my cracked LCD in about 30 mins. I went out to the Marshalls near his house while he worked on it. Came back to pick it up and ended up talking with him for a while. Smart guy and good conversationalist. I'll be coming back for future fixes/upgrades.
Also, the computer is working great. New screen is awesome and appears to be quality repair work. I'm sure that if I have any issues with it, Dan will be quick to help out.

I needed a technician to upload all my files and programs from my old laptop computer to my new desktop. Just prior to our appointment, my wife's desktop computer's monitor lost its picture. Mr. Strobl arrived professionally early, and I informed him of the new problem and explained what I needed to have done with the original job. He got to work, determined what the problem was with my wife's monitor, and started the transfer work on my computer. We also had sufficient time to talk and get to know each other, an enjoyable experience. I think the entire visit took about four hours, and was successfully completed.
I found Mr. Strobl to be highly professional and competent, as well as being personable and a pleasure to work with.
I have no ideas on how to improve my experience with Mr. Strobl and intend to hire him again should I need further assistance in the future.
