Bryon was able to come out the same day I requested service. I am terrified of bugs and he was very king and patient with me as I asked questions and had him spray extra. I really appreciate his help!

Vinx is always really thorough and reasonably priced. Anthony in particular does a great job every time he comes by to clean and secure the exterior of the house, and he's great about listening when I point out particular trouble spots around windows, eaves, etc. I recommend Vinx if you want to keep the creepy-crawlies out of your home!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is based on the size of the Home/ Area we will be treating as well as what pests you are experiencing. We can determine price once we know the how big the area will be treating is and then what pests we need to take care of.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with new customers our priority is taking the time to understand the concerns. Once we understand the concerns and what the pest activity is, we can then provide an accurate assessment of what needs to happen to most effectively and efficiently control the pests and provide a superior service.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have a combined 100+ years of pest control experience among our management, and far beyond that within the company in it's entirety. We have seen it all, heard it all, and treated it all many times over :)
