- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
40% of the fees go toward building economic empowerment in disadvantaged communities. The other 60% goes toward business operation software, labor, and leasing space.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I prefer the client fill out a one-page needs analysis sheet listing all their assets and liabilities so I am not making suggestions that aren't suitable or in their best interest. This one page gives me all the information I need to know about them.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Besides being self-taught to trade all commodities, I am a certified professional coach, life insurance, annuities, and health producer.
