I cannot recommend Frank Solutions highly enough. Frank was an incredible asset in helping me complete the final punch list on my 3-story, 5-bedroom, 4.5-bath renovation in Pawleys Island.
Over the course of the project, Frank completed an extensive list of finish carpentry, electrical trim, hardware installation, and exterior work. He installed dozens of outlet and switch covers, recessed and puck lights, vent covers, door hardware, curtain rods, TVs, ceiling fans, blinds, shoe molding, trim, bathroom accessories, motion lights, deck repairs, mailbox installation, outdoor lighting, and many other punch-list items. He also helped troubleshoot issues and made sure every detail was completed correctly.
What impressed me most was his work ethic and attitude. Frank showed up on time every day, worked hard from start to finish, stayed organized, and took pride in the quality of his work. If something wasn’t right, he fixed it without hesitation. He treated my home as if it were his own.
As someone who has managed many renovation projects, I know how difficult it is to find someone who is dependable, skilled, and willing to tackle a wide variety of tasks. Frank exceeded my expectations in every way.
If you need a reliable handyman, finish carpenter, or someone to complete a detailed punch list, I would hire Frank Solutions again without hesitation. He played a major role in getting my project across the finish line, and I am extremely grateful for his professionalism and dedication.

I reached out to Frank Soultion to get a quote on installing a bathroom vanity. He responded almost immediately. He came over gave me a quote and I accepted it. He was very professional explained everything details that was relevant to get the job done. The task was to clean the outdoor front port and lanai ceilings of dirt and any possible mildew. Frank solutions completed both areas in approximately 2.5 hours using cloths and cleaning solutions they provided. The cleaning was better than if a power washer had been used with none of the messy water cleanup. I highly recommend them because of the Work Quality, value, punctuality and professionalism.

Frank Jerez is an awesome contractor. I highly recommend him. I had an issue with our church front entry door not closing properly which caused our door sensor to come on periodically.
I called yesterday am and Frank was on the job within the hour. He completed the repair properly, and professionally with no further issues. I will be using him for more projects in the future.
