Once Trey and his helper arrived, they did an excellent job. They were professional, worked efficiently, handled my belongings with care, and made what could have been a stressful move much easier.
The only concern I had was regarding the billing. Since the crew arrived later than scheduled, I don't believe I should have been charged for the full three-hour minimum when they were not present for the entire time. However, I chose not to raise the issue because Trey offered the best quote, responded quickly when I reached out that very morning, and was able to accommodate my move on the same day. That level of responsiveness meant a great deal to me.
Considering it was an extremely hot Friday in Charleston, South Carolina, I looked at the additional charge as more of a tip for the hard work they put in rather than something to dispute.
Overall, I would absolutely recommend Ton's Moving to others. Their customer service, flexibility, and quality of work outweighed my concern about the billing, and I appreciate everything they did to help make my move a success.
