There isn't enough I could say about the GREAT job these guys did. They are TOP NOTCH movers with a fantastic price. They took excellent care of my furniture and double wrapped everything. All I had to do was sit back and watch the masters at work. I would highly recommend them to friends and family. It doesn't get much better in my opinion. Elite Movers are just that E-L-I-T-E!!! We were very disappointed with these movers. The guys came in our home with bad attitudes. They started to work at 10:45 a.m. but they were complaining from the moment the front door opened. My husband and his family had moved ALL of the heavy furniture out with the exception of three king sized beds and a set of twin beds and the dressers for these rooms. They were told to move the BOXES and the furniture that was pointed out. What we ended up with was a HOT MESS!! The guys left the drawers to the dressers, they left numerous boxes, they took my family members suitcases and items that were not supposed to be touched. My husband escorted them to the storage unit to drop the load. They asked to go by a store to “buy something to drink” and came out with ice and beer!! They left at 3:38 to eat and came back at 5 p.m. only to call their boss and say that they were too tired to finish the job!! They did not finish the inside of the house, the garage, or the storage shed. During their “work” time, the guys took numerous breaks (15-30 minuets) sitting in the truck smoking and chatting it up. They offered to send the guys back on Tuesday to finish the job (at an additional fee)......NO THANK YOU!!! Ma'am I won't say every move is perfect but we come highly recommended because my team and I do our best to make our clients moving experience an elite one. What you may have perceived as a bad attitude is the explanation of why your move was scheduled for 2 trucks and 6 movers. You cancelled half the crew 1030pm the night before your move. Not allowing us to speak to you to evaluate how much of your 6500 square foot home was still filled not to mention the shed and garage that was also full. Also the bad attitude was the guys letting you know that the time frame you were asking for was unreasonable being that you reduced the crew to half but they still had to move boxes and furniture from all 3 levels of your home. My crew knew that I would want verification of what they were saying so they took pictures showing that not only was your home still nearly fully furnished but things were still on and in dressers computers and TVs still connected so they would have to work around these Things while trying to stay in your time frame. For them to load transport and unload a full 26 foot truck in 5.5 hours and take multiple smoke and conversation breaks sounds unrealistic ma'am. Also considering the fact that you ask this terrible crew to do another full truck load for the garage and the shed out back. I was on the phone with my lead guy about close out the move and give the total when your husband ask them to get the "like 30 boxes and some bins out the shed. So they ask to take a break that you wouldn't be charged for to go get something to eat because they hadn't eaten in nearly 7 hours with commute to your home. I told them to go ahead. What you perceived to be a beer was actually a NOS energy drinks that they bought with the thought of finishing the 30 boxes and totes. When they returned your husband took them to shed and through the garage and it was a totally different story. Full garage and full shed with appliances, furniture and way more than 30 boxes and totes. So they called me and said they didn't have another 4-5 hours of moving left in them. When I spoke with your husband at the close of the move. I could tell he was a little disappointed but I explained to him that it would be unwise & unsafe them past their physical limits. Though disappointed, he did admit that they worked and no damages occurred. I let him know we were already all booked the following day but can do it on Tuesday. He said he would speak with you about it but I guess I know what your decision was.

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Customers should know that we have affordable and competitive rates that we do area comparisons on regularly. We want to ensure that we are giving the best value across the board. Doing this by giving the great service for even greater rates. We do offer military and senior citizen discounts but they can't be combined unfortunately.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?First thing we want to establish is we want to remove the stress of moving from the equation. Then we would discuss the details of the move to get the best fit. To be able to assure that we give the best rate and most efficient crew.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I've had team lead position in all my prior jobs in the past. I also worked with moving companies part time for years prior to starting Elite Movers. I was fortunate to meet and be mentored by another moving company owner, that help me start and build my business!
