Shakira at T&G designs was absolutely the best to work with. I normally decorate and plan all of my events but due to travel I was unable to decorate for my brothers graduation party. Naturally I was a bit nervous handing over the control but Shakira made the process extremely easy. I handed her my ideas and she created a masterpiece. She paid so much attention to detail and was able to stay under budget which was truly impressive. All of the guest loved the designs and centerpieces she created. Moving forward I plan to use T&G designs for any event I throw! I also want to add that she was professional and on time ! I’d recommend her services to anyone!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer flexible payment plans for events that start outside of 90 days.
$400 minimum investment for balloon and backdrop services (includes delivery, installation and clean up)
$500 minimum investment for decor & design services
$950 minimum investment for partial planning services (starting at 30 guests)
$1125 minimum investment for full planning services (starting at 30 guests)
PLEASE NOTE: Any services that begin within 30 days will be assessed a 20% rush order service fee.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Client shares vision/inspiration/theme/budget
2. T&G creates a visual mock-up based on that information
3. Client approves visual mock-up with quote and/or service proposal
4. T&G sends service agreement via email for signature.
5. Once signature is received, retainer fee is requested to secure date and services.
6. Customer gets a milestone timeline of items to be accomplished by next payment(s).
