I would definitely recommend Chelsey and would hire her in the future! It was absolutely wonderful being able to enjoy the fine dining experience in the comfort of our home. This is my first time having a private chef and I didn’t realize how convenient it is to have someone come to the house and cook for us. It was the ultimate luxury experience and it was perfectly acceptable for me to wear sweat pants. I didn’t have to worry about dressing up and going out and was able to have my two year old eating in the high chair next to us the whole time. Chelsey was very nice and professional. Her cooking was amazing and the food was served in a timely manner. I didn’t have to lift a finger throughout the whole experience. When she was finished, she took all her dirty dishes with her and left our kitchen as clean as it was when she arrived. This was one of the most creative and thoughtful gifts I’ve ever received. I can’t begin to write a review that fully captures the experience of having Chelsey come cook for our family! We will be raving about this experience for the next few months until we can hire her again for our next family trip to Isle of Palms. Her cooking was delicious beyond words. The meal was one flavor explosion after the next. I am still dreaming about the bbq and the sauces! She created a family style meal for us which was so perfect for our group. Her professionalism is A+++, and her food is so mouthwatering. We can’t wait to hire Chelsey again!!

We had a great time! She was funny, flexible, and a great chef. We wanted a brunch that was not your typical run of the mill, and she delivered. We all said that she had creative flavor combinations that were delicious and things we had never tried.

I recently was invited to a dinner hosted by Chef Chelsey earlier this month and had such an amazing experience! Every dish was thoughtfully curated and presented beautifully. I loved her unique twist on cuisine inspired by both middle eastern and southern dishes. I think that one of my favorite appetizers of the night was the sweet and sour eggplant dish with soy sauce, date molasses and garlic chips garnished with mint and basil. Also— the cheesy dessert knafeh was incredible!! Overall, I had a wonderful time and would definitely be delighted to have another meal creatively crafted by Chelsey.
