Jonell is the absolute best trainer and guy out there. Over the last month, he has helped me completely transform my body and my mindset. He is so flexible and wants the best for his client. - What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?When it comes to price, there isn't always a clear cut answer. Sometimes life happens. Typically an average session is $50. However if you need meal planning or body fat testing or specialized training the price will vary. It is also different if you're an online client. The best option is to ALWAYS contact me, I will work with you.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I have my certification through the international fitness association, I also was trained as a physical training leader in the military while on active duty. I know what it takes to be successful.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?I always had an interest in fitness, since I was 5 and would watch the bodybuilding programs or wrestlers on tv. As I got older I joined the military which gave me a solid foundation. Today I am addicted to this life.
