- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to discuss with my customer what they are looking for in a caterer. Secondly, I like to set a budget and create a menu. Then I like to set up a time to meet and go over the plans and lastly schedule a tasting.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Cooking and catering is what I was created to do. I enjoy working with different personality and learning new ideas.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I've worked with all types of customers. I have done children parties, baby shower's, adult birthday parties, retirement parties, company parties and dinners, rehearsal dinners, weddings and anniversary parties.
