We hired Charlie to repair a folding vinyl patio door, which is a bit rare and unusual design. There was no manufacturer listed on this door. This door had become inoperable. We were unable to open and close the door. Charlie clearly explained that the door was vinyl and very difficult to adjust in its frame. He worked on this door for a couple of hours trying his best to repair the door. He is knowledgeable, hard working, persistent, professional and very pleasant. He was able to get the door to open and close. We wouldn’t hesitate to use him again.
