I found Perennial Plumbing. It was about 2am. Without thinking about the time, I sent a text message asking if someone could come out to my house sometime that day. I think I woke Chris up, but he did get back with me, and came out later that morning. He was able to fix my toilet, then discussed with me the issue we were having with a slow flushing toilet and options we have to correct the problem. Very knowable and so helpful. Jenna C. says, "Put in my request to thumbtack, and within a minute he called us. Came out on a Sunday at that, promptly when he said he would. Funny thing is, we called root-rooter about 3 months ago. They charged me over $700 to tell me that I had roots in my drain and that it would cost me around $5-$6k to fix. We dealt with the slow drain for a few months and I decided before I paid that amount to get another opinion. We called Batvan and he came in, tried to snake the toilet and it wouldn’t go. Something was obviously stuck in the toilet. He went and got a new toilet and installed it super quickly for LESS, and half the cost of roto-rooters diagnosis that wasn’t even relevant. HIGHLY recommend him!!! Honest, prompt, super quick, and excellent work! Seriously, this is the guy you need to hire. Those big companies just want to take your money and charge you for something you don’t even need."See more

I initially had another overpriced plumbing company look at some work at one house to clear a sink and laundry drain line about a day ago. I politely asked them to leave because the quotes they provided were outrageous. Had hired another drain company yesterday that came out to attempt to clear a clog without fully testing it. I'm now requesting a refund from that other company. They left without checking their work and didn't bother telling anyone they were done. The very next morning, the resident at this house complained that they couldn't do laundry. ******************************************************************** Action Items| Why I hired COOKes | If there is a 10-star rating system, I would certainly rate this business at that level! Would also choose all 5 values above. I hired this plumber for one job: replacing a spigot at a house. He quoted me a fair price over the phone. While he was finishing the first job to replace a spigot, I had asked him to check out an issue with another property. That is to check a Kitchen sink issue and a drain problem in the laundry room as described above. ********************************Outcome******************* He promptly addressed those issues, conducted a root cause analysis, and took the necessary steps to ensure the work was completed and tested correctly. They went above and beyond to ensure the residents at both locations were well cared for! ****Exceptional customer service! ****Exceptional work quality! ****Fair & honest pricing! ****Great communication throughout the repair process! You can’t go wrong with any of the above, and it's fair to say that the traits & core values exhibited above are rare nowadays. We will certainly continue using this company for plumbing work and have added them to our vendors list."See more

I used to use GSM but Im very happy that I switched to Roland Black heating and cooling. I also love the fact that they take the time to call and remind you to schedule your 2 yearly cleanings with their monthly package. GSM never called me and honestly probably was hoping I didnt call them so they could just take my money, these guys are on point!"See more
