Tim M. says, "A slow draining kitchen sink became a Clogged Kitchen drain on the evening before THANKSGIVING! (of course right?) Anton responded immediately and said he would be out at 9AM on Thanksgiving. He and Chris were awesome. Was a tricky clog but they eventually got it and the water went down. Couldn't have been nicer. Knew what they were doing. Very respectful of the house taking care not to damage anything. Both were great guys and they literally saved our Thanksgiving with a house full of relatives! We were very THANKFUL that they showed up as promised and solved the problem. I will be glad to call them again if needed. I took a chance, you don't need to, they are great!"See more

I found Perennial Plumbing. It was about 2am. Without thinking about the time, I sent a text message asking if someone could come out to my house sometime that day. I think I woke Chris up, but he did get back with me, and came out later that morning. He was able to fix my toilet, then discussed with me the issue we were having with a slow flushing toilet and options we have to correct the problem. Very knowable and so helpful. In addition, they replaced my garbage disposal and repaired an inherited damaged under sink cabinet. For the master bathroom, they were very knowledgeable and provided recommendations with the design and budget in mind. Wilson was on time through out the process. For the sink, Fernando replaced my leaky garbage disposal in a timely matter. He even came back when I saw a leak. He discovered my faucet was causing the leak in which it has sealed. They later came back to repair the bottom of the cabinet per my inquiry. I was saved from buying a new cabinet. I enjoy working with them as they are preofessional and personable."See more
