Jenna C. says, "Put in my request to thumbtack, and within a minute he called us. Came out on a Sunday at that, promptly when he said he would. Funny thing is, we called root-rooter about 3 months ago. They charged me over $700 to tell me that I had roots in my drain and that it would cost me around $5-$6k to fix. We dealt with the slow drain for a few months and I decided before I paid that amount to get another opinion. We called Batvan and he came in, tried to snake the toilet and it wouldn’t go. Something was obviously stuck in the toilet. He went and got a new toilet and installed it super quickly for LESS, and half the cost of roto-rooters diagnosis that wasn’t even relevant. HIGHLY recommend him!!! Honest, prompt, super quick, and excellent work! Seriously, this is the guy you need to hire. Those big companies just want to take your money and charge you for something you don’t even need."See more

He went under the house to check the drain pipe from the bathtub. He took pictures of the problem. Wacky pvc joints the made the water drain uphill into the cast iron pipe! He did snake out the pipe so tub is draining well now but he did explain that it would, at some point, reclog. He is going to send me an estimate of the repair. I will definitely use Diego for any plumbing issues I have. He was friendly, professional and made sure I understood everything! Support a small business. Call Diego at DY Plumber"See more
