He went under the house to check the drain pipe from the bathtub. He took pictures of the problem. Wacky pvc joints the made the water drain uphill into the cast iron pipe! He did snake out the pipe so tub is draining well now but he did explain that it would, at some point, reclog. He is going to send me an estimate of the repair.
