Hey, my name is Leo. I started Plumbing in 2014 and been doing it ever since I have a pretty good knowledge when it comes to residential plumbing commercial plumbing whether it’s new construction or service work from a simple leak to a major new construction job. I also do drain cleaning so if your pipes are clogged up, I offer drain cleaning services and I inspect drains with camera. Also, I can change old fixtures to new fixtures do bathroom, remodels replace toilets and faucets. My main priority is to always do a great job where I don’t have to come back, but if I do come back, it will be to work on something new. I choose quality over quantity and I main adjective is to always please the customer I am influentially bilingual in English and Spanish I am available 24/7 week whether it’s something simple or something major. I have all the proper tools and knowledge to get the job done. I stay pretty busy doing Plumbing full-time for myself and most of it has been referrals from existing customers. Mark Burns says, "Heat pump died 2 days after the great ice storm of January 2026. They came out the same day I called. Unfortunately the compressor had failed but Justin quickly diagnosed the problem and ordered a replacement. Justin has been my go to technician for several years now and he always does excellent work. As a follow up to the previous post, there was delay due to the subsequent snow storm the next week, which resulted in Clarence coming out another day to install the compressor. Due to an electrical problem in my panel and a couple other issues, the installation carried over to a second day. Despite snow and freezing temperatures, Clarence stuck with it, kept me informed of progress, and now I have a working heat pump. Great customer service and commitment. Thanks!"See more

I initially had another overpriced plumbing company look at some work at one house to clear a sink and laundry drain line about a day ago. I politely asked them to leave because the quotes they provided were outrageous. Had hired another drain company yesterday that came out to attempt to clear a clog without fully testing it. I'm now requesting a refund from that other company. They left without checking their work and didn't bother telling anyone they were done. The very next morning, the resident at this house complained that they couldn't do laundry. ******************************************************************** Action Items| Why I hired COOKes | If there is a 10-star rating system, I would certainly rate this business at that level! Would also choose all 5 values above. I hired this plumber for one job: replacing a spigot at a house. He quoted me a fair price over the phone. While he was finishing the first job to replace a spigot, I had asked him to check out an issue with another property. That is to check a Kitchen sink issue and a drain problem in the laundry room as described above. ********************************Outcome******************* He promptly addressed those issues, conducted a root cause analysis, and took the necessary steps to ensure the work was completed and tested correctly. They went above and beyond to ensure the residents at both locations were well cared for! ****Exceptional customer service! ****Exceptional work quality! ****Fair & honest pricing! ****Great communication throughout the repair process! You can’t go wrong with any of the above, and it's fair to say that the traits & core values exhibited above are rare nowadays. We will certainly continue using this company for plumbing work and have added them to our vendors list."See more
