I found Perennial Plumbing. It was about 2am. Without thinking about the time, I sent a text message asking if someone could come out to my house sometime that day. I think I woke Chris up, but he did get back with me, and came out later that morning. He was able to fix my toilet, then discussed with me the issue we were having with a slow flushing toilet and options we have to correct the problem. Very knowable and so helpful. He went under the house to check the drain pipe from the bathtub. He took pictures of the problem. Wacky pvc joints the made the water drain uphill into the cast iron pipe! He did snake out the pipe so tub is draining well now but he did explain that it would, at some point, reclog. He is going to send me an estimate of the repair. I will definitely use Diego for any plumbing issues I have. He was friendly, professional and made sure I understood everything! Support a small business. Call Diego at DY Plumber"See more

I used to use GSM but Im very happy that I switched to Roland Black heating and cooling. I also love the fact that they take the time to call and remind you to schedule your 2 yearly cleanings with their monthly package. GSM never called me and honestly probably was hoping I didnt call them so they could just take my money, these guys are on point!"See more
