FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
As i stated before i give discounts to veterans and the elderly and i try to be more understanding of those on a fixed income especially in emergency or extreme necessity situations. I will be the first to admit that if you want cheap i am not the man to call but if you want quality work for a fair price i am 100 percent your man.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to do a face to face quote to discuss options and material costs. I like to be very upfront and explore all of the options a customer has at hand in hopes to find the best route to not only fit their needs but also fit their budget. Generally my quotes are free i do charge a small fee of 30$ if the travel time is more than 30 minutes away from me.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am osha 30 certified, have several vocational certificates in framing, construction safety ect. I managed an entire department of an electrical company prior to moving out on my own as well as managing several general contracting projects. Im very well rounded in my scope.
