- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once booked we will have a phone conversation to make sure all of your hearts desires are understood, which we will document for the artist coming to your event. As well as anchor the practicalities of location, tables, chairs. Once the details have been established we have a written (easily understandable) contract for the client to sign. Once the contract is signed and a 50% deposit is made you are booked for one (or more) of our Artsy Entertainers!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our artists have varying training. ALL of them have hands on experience at an event training before they are a paid hire. For those on a tighter budget, we do have a lower rate available for our "in training artists" available on our website. We are constantly raising the bar and getting varying experience outside of booked events as well.
