Introduction: I work for a milling plant in charlotte as a industriel maintenace mechanic and do pretty well at it but i enjoy helping people solve thier problems without breaking their bank accounts to do it about 65% of the work being done for homowners is actually not needed so if i can fix a fuse or patch a pipe i will before telling the you you need a whole new system and i cant tell you how many times ive followed other contractors who overcharged thier customers only to have thier work fail and i have to fix it for a fraction of the cost but i dont mind at all thats why i do this in the first place. and honestley i dont like to give bids on jobs untill i walk thru the problems with the customer to see what it is they actually need becuase there is a big difference in making a blind bid and actually going to the job and kisten to the zcustomer and look at the different options that are availible to you without having to take out a loan just to get somthing done
