FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Customers should know that I have a base price set for my services. Depending on the size and level of difficulty, that price may fluctuate up or down. That is why it is important that I have all of the information so that I can create an accurate estimate. I purposely don’t have a price set for roof washing simply because all roofs are different. Some are walkable and some are very steep. Roof washing is a dangerous job. So therefore, the cost is much higher than a general house wash.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to first walk the customers property along with them to point out anything like previous damages that might have been there before me. Doing this protects me from being blamed for anything. Most importantly, I like to set the customers expectations because sometimes you just can’t get everything clean and you have to let the customers know so that they know what to expect when I am done with the job.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
A lot of trial and error. YouTube University has taught me a lot throughout my journey and getting out in the field and applying the skills and knowledge I gained.
